Public banks

In order to avoid the duplication of heavy files in different private project folders, the main public banks are available from all nodes on the cluster. You can find the list of bank and their path on the [Pasteur BioMaj web site](https://biomaj.pasteur.fr/app/#/bank

Banks can be available in different versions and in different index format: fasta, gff, blast, bwa, bowtie, bowtie2, start, diamond, picard, ...

Organization

The banks are organized first per species or bank names and version of the bank, then per tool indexes and versions of the tool:
